All artwork and prints listed on this website are subject to availability. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable shipping and taxes. All sales of original artworks are final. Prints may be returned within 30 days of receipt in accordance with our return policy. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

All images, artwork, text, logos, and other content on this website are the intellectual property of Zulyed and are protected by copyright law. Purchasing a physical artwork or print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. The buyer receives only the physical object and the right to display it privately.

Shipping & Returns
Print Shipping
All prints are produced to order and ship within 5-7 business days of purchase. Domestic shipping (within the United States) is complimentary on orders over $150. Standard domestic shipping for orders under $150 is a flat rate of $12. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package dimensions. Please allow 10-21 business days for international delivery.
Original Artwork Shipping
Original artworks are carefully crated and shipped via insured art courier. Shipping costs for originals are calculated based on size, weight, and destination. Local delivery and installation may be arranged for qualifying purchases. All original artworks are fully insured during transit. Estimated delivery is 2-4 weeks after purchase confirmation.
Returns & Refunds
Prints may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@zulyed.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. All sales of original artworks are final and non-refundable.
Damage Claims
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. All prints and original artworks are packaged with gallery-standard materials designed to prevent damage during transit. In the rare event of damage, we work directly with our shipping partners to resolve claims promptly.
